  • Stepping Down... Well More sideways.

    Lately many of you may have noticed that I have been around a lot less. This is due to me just being more busy in real life and it is taking away from my mh time in general (I went a whole week without sounding the horn!). My Time online may fluctuate with my life but that is not fair to the group, you deserve someone who is truly dedicated all the time. This is why I am stepping down as President of SBPI and naming Mike President. I will remain on board as "Founder" and I will still be a admin and officer in the group. This is just me shifting the decision making for day-to-day things to Mike. When I am around I will help with tasks in the group and I will continue to manage the site along with the mod staff. I know Mike will do great and has tons of ideas for the group!

      Matt, please let me say thank you for all you have and do to make SBIP have life. It's not just the time and effort, which is tremendous, but also the financial backing for server and software. I'm not sure if people realize what it takes to put something like this on the web and keep it there... thank you for giving life to the group and for allowing it to continue and grow. SBPI has been a big part of my enjoying MH even more than I might have, and I am greatly appreciative of it. I know that life calls us in different directions at times and I hope that you'll be able to take care of things as well as stay active with us here. Thanks also to Mike for being willing to pick up the reins, and I know we'll all keep working together to keep things ticking.

      I also want to chime in here on the threads to say thank you, Matt. What an awesome site you've grown and allowed to be all over your house! I appreciate all you've done to keep SBPI here. I agree w/ Ginny; SBPI has become my MH home. I love coming here to the chat room and going to the Arcade to try to knock someone off the high score. I've made some awesome friends here and I thank you!

      i guess real life catches up to one sooner or later and priorities change as well..it was a really a great feat to keep SBPI going on after so long, and still staying true to your mission of providing cheap sb..i for one, benefited much SBPI in its earlier days and am much appreciative of the dedication and sacrifices both you and Mike have made these 2 years or so..we'll still see you around right? Do drop by as and when you can Matt, we should all be still here as a small community outside MH
