  • The Arcade Score Board Changes

    We have made a slight change to the way the arcade scores games to make it a bit more fun and keep people interested. Normally once a highscore is set it becomes very difficult to beat. For quite some time me and a few of the regulars have bonced the idea around of just clearing the scoreboard quarterly (which is 3 months as I found out :P). As it takes a lot of work on my part to do that I decided to implement another way of doing it. From this point on once a score is set it will remain for 3 months then be removed. This way the score board is constantly giving you new opportunities to be #1. I hope everyone enjoys the new system and feel free to leave feedback here!

      This is great Matt, thanks! It keeps the fun and challenge in it while still giving the high-scorers some "bragging rights" time. The fun is in the chase, so making those chases reachable is great!. Thanks much.

      Great! At first I cannot beat any scores and be the champion, but now... I am champion for 3 games! I finally had a chance to appear at the High-score Champions!

      I dont know if the change was meant to happen but allowing duplicate entries reduces the chances of people challenging for the top-10/top-3 places as the strongest player just fill's all the slots with their attempts.

      ok. we're back to multiple scores per person again... I agree w/ uke, please change it so the arcade only records your best score.

      I just had a go of Dynomite and it put 6 entries in the scoreboard for the one go (Page 3).
